2026 Football - Fall 2026

Fall Tackle Football Registration Is Open!

Registration Fee: $200 per Football player, plus a mandatory $120 raffle. Each team is required to get a $350 sponsorship.

Payment plans are available directly on the website during the registration process. There will be a 10% sibling discount.

This season the registration fee is covering the player's jersey, pants, helmet decal, end of season award, referee fees, and field maintenance. The raffle will be covering each player's PINK OUT UNIFORM for the month of October. 

Required equipment: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Mouth Guard, Chin Strap, Cleats, Practice Pants w/ Pads, & Practice Jersey.   If you would like to utilize or learn more about equipment rental, please contact the Football Director, Justin Chapman at Football@emcsports.org.

Tryouts and uniform try-ons will be on July 14 & 16 at Bull Sallas Football Fields.  Dates per division will be shared in advance of tryouts.  All registered athletes not on a waitlist will be drafted to a team via try-outs or hat pick.  All athletes are required to bring a COPY of their birth certificate to try-outs.  Returning EMCSA athletes who still fit in their 2025 football uniform comfortably (with shoulder pads on) may select the same size or one size larger and skip the uniform try-on. Please note that if you opt out of trying on a uniform, any replacements needed due to sizing issues will be at an additional cost to the parent/guardian and take an estimated 3 weeks to arrive.

As a reminder, there will be no “Mighty Mites”. The EMCSA Football program ages start at 5 years old through 12 years old (no 7th graders). We are looking forward to a great season! 

2026 Cheer - Fall 2026

Fall 2026 EMCSA Cheerleading - we can’t wait to welcome both returning and new cheerleaders.

Registration Fee: $200 per cheerleader, plus a mandatory $120 raffle.

During registration, please be sure to indicate if your cheerleader has a sibling playing football, and/or family member you would like her to be attached to for team placement and any coach or player placement requests 

There are NO try-outs for cheer but every cheerleader MUST attend uniform try-on dates! Every registered cheerleader will be placed on a team. 

Each team is required to secure a $350 sponsorship.

Registration fees include: Cheer uniform, hair bow, pom poms, bag, end of season award, competition awards, and accessories.

Raffle funds go toward Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Out cheer accessories for the month of October and help with field maintenance. 

In addition to regular season cheer, the following are included in your registration:
- A Beginning-of-Season Cheer Clinic with NCHS Cheerleaders
- An End-of-Season Competition exclusively for EMCSA Cheerleaders

All volunteers are required to purchase a new 2026 background check for $13 upon registration. This will be needed to be on the fields during any practices, scrimmages, games or events and is needed to be a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Parent.

Summer 2026 Football & Cheer Camp - Summer 2026

EMCSA is proud to host a Summer 2026 Football & Cheerleading Camp! This camp will be for Sophomore, Junior and Senior football players, as well as Cheerleaders aged 8 - 14. It will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 9 AM - 3 PM at Bull Sallas Football Fields.

Football players will learn various drills and fundamentals from former a NFL player and EMCSA Coaches, while the Cheerleaders will learn sideline cheers and routines from Returning EMCSA Coaches.  The camp will conclude with the football players competition in 7 vs 7 games with cheerleaders showing off their new routines and chants.

Athletes should bring their own water. Concessions will be open for additional beverages and snacks.

Athletes should wear shorts, t-shirt and cleats (football) or tennis shoes (cheer). NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!

Parents, please plan to attend this camp with your child as this is not a drop-and-go event. You are welcome to bring your own tents and chairs to enjoy a day at the Bull Sallas Football Fields: 21675 McCleskey Road, New Caney, TX 77357, watching your athlete play and learn about the sport they love.

OPTIONAL: Camp t-shirts are available for pre-order during registration process ($10/youth size t-shirt, $15/adult size t-shirt). These are completely optional and will be ready for pick up during camp registration. We MAY have limited sizes available at camp check-in for $15/youth size and $20/adult size.

Intro to Football & Cheer Camp - Spring 2026

EMCSA is proud to our first ever INTRO to Tackle Football & Sideline Cheerleading Camp! This camp will be for athletes new to the sport, entering Freshman or Sophomore divisions, or eager to brush up on techniques and drills.  This camp will be ideal for football athletes aged 5 - 8 years old.  For the cheerleaders, we will welcome athletes aged 5 - 10 to learn basics of cheer, stunts and chants. 

Camp will take place Wednesday, June 24, 6:00 - 8:30 PM and is $15 per athlete which includes a snack.  There will be no discounts available for this camp. Registrations will close on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. 

Athletes should bring their own water. Concessions will be open for additional beverages and snacks.

Tryouts Will be at Ed Rinehart January 20 6-8 pm. 

If you are on a waitlist, please do not show up to tryouts. 

Players are $120.00 Instructional T-Ball $90 includes jersey, hat, and belt. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!!!

If you volunteer to head coach, you will receive a one time use code for 50% off one registration. You will email me Baseball@emcsports.org once you get ready to sign up and someone will send you a code.

Every team will get a 1st round pick. Head Coach child-2nd round pick, 1st Assistant coach child-3rd round pick, 2nd Assistant coach-4th round pick, 3rd Assistant coach-5th round pick. You will only be allowed Assistant Coaches if all Head Coaching spots are filled. 

If you become a baseball commissioner, you receive a code for $25 off one registration. You will email me Baseball@emcsports.org if interested

Spring jerseys will be fitted, girls sizing, not unisex like they were in the fall. Try-ons will be available at tryouts, if the incorrect jersey is ordered due to a parent mistake, the parent will have to cover the cost for an additional jersey + shipping.
